General Policy
As a digital software product, refunds are generally not available once a license has been activated. This policy is consistent with standard digital goods practices.
14-Day Window
If you have not activated or used your license within 14 days of purchase, please contact us to discuss a refund. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
